SPX’s new digital home

The SPX launched its newly designed website in June 2020. The new digital home depicts a refreshed look of the SPX through its online presence.

The new website features an updated design, improved functionality and easy access to essential stock market information, all aimed to deliver a better and more effective and elevated user experience for investors, listed entities, stockbrokers, analysts, media, academics, market regulator and the wider website audience.

What is new?

While reformatting certain existing content, the new website contains a number of new value-added features which facilitate navigation and provide added benefits to our stakeholders. The new SPX digital home is anticipated to offer an inspiring experience to all relevant stakeholders and is one of those many development projects being undertaken to position SPX as a service-driven and operationally excellent organisation while also benchmarking our visibility amongst international counterparts.

A few of these new features include:

Interactive services with the provision of share price and market indices charting and download facilities;
Enhanced company search options;
Redesigned company pages with information related to each company presented in a grouped format;
Optimisation for smart mobile devices and different internet browsers;
Integration with social media platforms;
An upgraded Market Announcements Platform for use by listed entities to assist them in complying with the SPX continuing listing requirements;
A Compliance Lodgement Portal which will now ensure a more co-ordinated and transparent method of receiving and storing periodic disclosures from listed entities and stockbroking members;
A Data Vendor Portal which aims to connect users to a dynamic network of stock market information;
An option for listed entities to display their share prices on their own individual websites under investor relations section of their website; and
A flexibility to feature generic advertisements from external parties and organisations who wish to extend their reach beyond their traditional advertising platforms.
